Bray Construction, Inc. started in 2001 when David Bray founded the company in Thief River Falls with just two crew members and a passion for quality work. Since then, we’ve expanded into a team of more than a dozen employees running three to four full crews throughout Northwest Minnesota. In 2022, David’s brother, Bryson Bray, joined the company, strengthening the family partnership and bringing fresh energy to the team. Despite our growth, we remain rooted in the same values: clear communication, honest expectations, and work built to last.
